Dr. Therakin is not responsible for covering these charges and they must be fulfilled by the recipient, the importer of record. If the product is returned upon delivery to the destination country and refusal by the importer of record, Dr. Therakin reserves the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs incurred by the transaction from the refund. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If customs clearance is required, it may cause delays in shipping beyond our original delivery estimates.
