Return & Warranty Policy
Return Eligibility: We hope you’ll love all of your Dr. Therakin products, but we understand sometimes a product may not be right for you. If you need to return your product(s) for a refund, please return your unopened or gently used items within 30 days. Shipping and handling are not included in returns. Returns will be accepted on products purchased from Dr. Therakin Store only. Products purchased from any of our partners should be returned to the place of purchase. Returns are eligible within 30 working days of the purchase date if returned unused, in the original, undamaged, clean, and sealed packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Contact Customer Service at support@drtherakin.com to confirm if product is eligible to be returned.
Warranty Eligibility: Dr. Therakin offers 2 Year warranty covers any defects and malfunctions of this product from the date of purchase. Register your products at https://drtherakin.com/warranty-registration/ to activate your warranty within 14 days of purchase. If you believe your device has a factory defect and you are within your warranty period (as outlined in your user guide), contact Customer Service at support@drtherakin.com to determine if you are eligible for a warranty replacement.

Products Always Improving: Our products are continually improving! This means that, in rare circumstances, the product you received may look slightly different than the product pictured on our website — especially the color and arrangement of LED lights on your device.
Our products are classified as medical devices for personal use and are not eligible for return if opened due to hygienic and sanitary reasons.
Return/Warranty Checklist
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization number placed on outside of shipping package
- Device, battery, power cord and adapter, charger, or any attachments, if originally supplied with the device (not all devices include battery, power cord or adapter)
- Returns Only: All original packaging and contents (i.e.: device, user guide, goggles, travel bag) in undamaged, clean and resalable condition
